Guest access The entire floor is yours, including access to the private back patio. There's a locked storage area at the back of the closet that you won't have access to, but otherwise, please make yourself at home. Other things to note There's no air conditioning (typical for San Francisco), but the suite never gets very warm, as it's the bottom floor. When it's cold, the thermostat controls the radiant heat in the suite's floor, and the temperature is yours to set. The Lutron keypads throughout the suite control everything from the lights and shades to the towel warmers. Use them to adjust your environment to however you’d like, even from the comfort of bed.
