Aranya Estate - Entire floor for 7 persons

Only the first floor is available for renting. Good for 7 adults. First floor has two bedrooms. One with a covered terrace and the other with a small balcony. Two spacious bathrooms though not attached are just next to the bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Living and dining area will be yours for the stay. Area around the house is full of fruit trees and other plants. Small ranges of hills on either side of the house make a kind of corridor bringing in cool breeze from the sea. The space - Only first floor is available for booking as mentioned in our AirBnb description. - First floor can easily accommodate 7 persons. - The first floor is independent in itself with all the facility including kitchen and living room. It has separate entrance and stairs. First floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, well equipped kitchen including water filter. - All the rooms have ACs. Please note that incase of any power cut the battery back is only for fans and lights. There is no genset to handle working of air conditioners. - There is a covered terrace with one bed room and a small balcony with the other bedroom. - One bedroom has double bed, other bedroom has one double one single bed, there are two single beds in living room. - Downstairs, you may use the lawns, machan area and gazibo for your sit-outs. - Please note that there are no meals included in booking. - Please note that our place is good for 7adults and at Max 8 persons. If you are more than 8 persons, please do not book. - Owner of the property a senior person lives on the ground floor with a care taker. This has not been a problem until now with any of earlier guests. - Strictly no loud music at night. We are in village area and don't like to disturb peaceful nature of the place. If you are looking for a party place then please do not book. - We do not allow any pets to accompany. - We do not take any direct bookings. You will have to book through AirBnb only. - There is ample parking at the premises. Distances - Alibag is about 10kms from the property. - Mandwa Jetty is about 18kms from the property. Guest access Guests can use whole of the first floor. On the ground floor, guests can also use the open spaces, lawns, machan and gazibo for the sit-outs. Other things to note 1. Mandwa Jetty to the property is about 18kms, takes 30 minutes to reach our place. 2. From Mandwa jetty either you can hire a taxi or tempo. 3. The other way is to use the bus service provided by the jetty service(it's complimentary). With this bus you can get a drop at Kankeshwar Phata. From this point there are shared tempos running all the time and you can reach our property easily. 4. If you want we could also connect you with the taxi service nearby. Distances - Alibag is about 10kms from the property. - Mandwa Jetty is about 18kms from the property. - Property is on the main road about 1 km away from Alibag highway.
