If swimming in the gulf is not your thing, choose from either of two 4000+ sqft pools each with its own outdoor Jacuzzi - there's even a kiddie pool for the little ones and free lounge chairs you can use at the pool. If you'd rather swim inside, enjoy the large heated indoor pool. Then head to the Fully equipped and spacious gym and workout as you look over the gulf. After you've worked out the stress, head to the Roman spa to work out the kinks! 2 large Jacuzzis, plus separate men's and women's sauna and steam rooms with private showers and lockers. Then head back to the Penthouse level to watch the sunset with a glass of wine on your own private balcony! Make sure you bring your camera because you'll want to post the pictures and drive all your friends crazy. After all that, head to the private theater for free movies or just stay in and watch your own on the 65" 4K UHDTV ROKU TV right in your own living room! The game console has wireless controllers and over 10 thousand games! Or choose the 55” 4K UHD ROKU TV in the master bedroom. But you’ll definitely want to watch the sunset from the balcony! Password encrypted high speed WiFi to keep all your toys safely connected! The master has a King Bed, the sofa has a queen pullout. There is a twin bed in the hallway and a twin rollaway that can be put wherever. The Tidewater has every amenity you could imagine as well as room service from the onsite restaurant “Waves” and is within walking distance to the fabulous PIER PARK with its shops, restaurants, and amusements. There is also a concert venue right there and they even have regular fireworks displays that can be seen from the front of the Tidewater building (search “PCB events” for dates and times of fireworks, concerts and other events). There is an on resort restaurant and bar as well as a poolside snack-shack and bar. "Flip-Flops" serves STARBUCKS coffee creations an has hand scooped ice cream as well as drinks and souvenirs. There are too many restaurants to name within a 5 minute drive and over 20 within walking distance. The Airport is an easy 15 minute drive and it's very easy to find your way. The Condo's kitchen is fully stocked for any type of cooking if you choose to make your own meals. There is a microwave, side-by-side fridge with icemaker and water in the door, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and electric range/oven. There is a coffee maker and a blender for your beverage making needs. There is also a washer and dryer in unit so no quarters are needed! So book it and bring your imagination . . . This is a true vacation you'll reminisce about for years! Hi Guest access There is a resort imposed $45+tax fee that covers parking up to 2 vehicles for your entire stay and access bands (This is for your security - no one is allowed in the building at any time without one of these). This is collected by the resort HOA on their website thru online registration prior to checking in. You'll have access to the entire resort and all its amenities (except the owners lounge). The parking Garage is 6 levels with elevators and there is ample parking and also an air conditioned walkover to the building. Bellman's dolly's are available to bring your luggage up to the condo. Other things to note We require a verified ID with Airbnb. The principle renter is required by the resort to be over 25 years of age and must be staying in the condo for the duration.
