Guest suite in Denver

Fellow adventurers! Come kick off your hiking and riding boots at our newly redesigned, well-lit, renovated 1920's bungalow - close enough to enjoy all big city Denver has to offer and only a short drive from the escape of the mountains, downtown, the RiNo Art District, Bronco or Rockies stadiums, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, the airport, and more. Please read through the whole listing for important details before booking! The space In our hideaway, design meets southwestern/western adventure. Here you’ll enjoy a comfortable, bright basement with private entrance via the backyard. The space has artfully-stained concrete floors and has WiFi, a TV with a Chromecast with free Netflix, Nintendo 64*, HDMI cable, some board games, some books, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, and coffee maker. For what it’s worth, I’m fully vaccinated! Also, as an adventure photographer and filmmaker, I'm available for hire to take you hiking and get some adventure shots of you and your loved ones (subject to availability). Just message me about it. *We’ve had some games go missing, so now the Nintendo 64 is only available upon request if host is home. Just message us! Guest access You will have access to the backyard, the back patio, the grill, and the guest suite downstairs. However, the rest of the house, the kitchen, and I will be sealed off from you upstairs unless we're in the backyard, using the patio/grill, or using the backdoor (your entrance) from time to time. Other things to note Watch your head heading down the stairs and in the space! The stairs are slightly narrow and ceilings can feel a little low to a tall person. I'm 6'2" and I do OK down there, but much taller than that and you'll really need to watch your head. It is an old house and the floor is a little thin and creaky, so you will hear sounds like us walking around and talking when we are home. It’s a basement after all. I’ve provided a white noise machine by the bed just in case! You will have your own space, but it is all one house with central air and heat and you won't have control over the central air or central heat. The basement runs cooler in temperature, which is why we’ve provided a space heater and a fan if needed. Registration Details 2019-BFN-0009874
