Come and enjoy the southern coast of Chile:) The space It is a quiet space that allows you to enjoy the sea, the only saltwater lake in Chile and the gastronomic delights of the sector, as well as starry nights accompanied by the relaxing sound of the waves (Pacific Ocean) in a beautiful natural environment. Come and treat yourself to a few days of fulfillment for you and those you love, in a unique area that you will surely remember and want to visit again. Welcome to the southern coast of Chile! Guest access House on surface (Concrete pillar base), located on 2nd. level, with access staircase to the main door and terrace. Free use of parking space for two vehicles in the courtyard or one under the roof on the first level of the house (with closing gates), space in which it is possible to make barbecues (portable grill) or other relaxation or recreational activities. It has terraces overlooking the sea and lake, sun loungers, chairs and terrace table, portable chairs and tables (plastic), outdoor vanity space, etc. Other things to note - The place has an electric gate to access the condominium (vehicular access, pedestrian access is free) which you can open with the remote control given to you along with the cabin keys. -If you need more space or rooms, you can add to your rental a studio that has a double bed, sofa bed and 1 single bed, plus bathroom and mini-kitchen/kitchenette space, for an additional amount to your base rental. - Budi Lake, located a few meters from the cabin, is very pleasant for bathing for both children and adults, being shallow, and warm in the months of October to April approximately. In this lake you usually float more because it is salt water. - The sea is not recommended for swimming, due to its strong waves and low temperature. There is also a nearby pool where you can enjoy warm water/thalassotherapy and therapeutic massages for an additional fee (prior coordination). -There are various recreational and tourist activities in the area (Puerto Saavedra and its surroundings) such as rural tourism tours, kayak rental, boat trips, sport fishing, paragliding from Cerro Maule, horseback riding on Boca Budi beach, among other activities, which you can check at the tourist information office located in the Maule beach bus terminal sector, or even the locals in the sector (activities vary according to season). - It is important to mention that the house is located on a hill or area of medium elevation (you can see this in photographs of Villorrio), and although it is possible to access it by vehicle without problems (simple traction), if it were extremely low like some city sports vehicles, it could hit the ground (pebbles), not be able to climb and/or if you do not climb carefully, damage the vehicle. Likewise, for people with reduced mobility, the elderly and/or people with heart, respiratory or similar diseases, it may not be advisable to walk to the cabin, given the physical effort and possible harmful effect on health that the climb to access the cabin could cause, and in the case of people with reduced mobility, an increase in the difficulty of making this transfer. - Regarding connectivity, the mobile phone signal is good and does not present problems in general (it will also depend on the company, some have a better signal such as Entel and Movistar). As for the mobile Internet signal of the same cell phones, although for basic uses it usually works well (Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, WhatsApp, etc.) it is a bit slow, especially for the use of reproduction of audiovisual material and modality of videoconferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.) being fluctuating for these last uses (in Puerto Saavedra downtown sector and town in general, except for the Maule beach sector, it works very well in case of urgent use of said services from your mobile phone). Therefore, there is no wifi in the cabin, since services of this type in the area are slow and irregular. -In relation to the beds, they have high quality mattresses (Rosen) and each one has its respective mattress cover and blanket, as well as additional bedding (fleece/sherpa blankets) if required. Sheets are delivered bagged to demonstrate their hygiene and cleanliness, so that each guest can make their bed with them.
