Description
Hugo Railroad Manor was built in 1910 for the workers who were building the railroad. The home has been remodeled for the comfort of guests. The rooms are upstairs and there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms that are shared. A kitchenette is convenient for long term guests that like to fix their own meals. The rooms are comfortable with queen sized beds and kept very clean. You will enjoy your stay in the comfortable quiet home. The space I purchased the home in 2009 and it had cracks and holes in the walls and the floors were worn. I have fixed and repaired the rooms, the bathrooms, added the kitchenette and laboriously took the stair railing apart and fixed and repaired it. All of this done with the dream to have guests staying in comfort. Guest access Guests enter the home at the front door and go up the stairs to the second floor where the guests living areas are. There are four bedroom, two bathroom, and a kitchenette. The bedrooms are private and guests share the bathrooms and the kitchenette. During your stay Let me know if there is something you need and I will help you. I welcome nightly or long term stays. I have cleaned every surface with disinfectant cleaner and do so after each guest. Other things to note There is a laundromat across the street if the guest is staying long term. Parking is on the street in a quiet neighborhood. You can access Hugo's web site at www. townofhugo.com The historic railroad roundhouse site is www. hugoroundhouse.org
