One family room is there which has three queen size beds with an attached washroom, TV and AC. Property has living space with a lawn view, 2 ACs, TV, 10 seater sofa, fridge and carrom. Proper 12 seater open dining area with lawn and pool view. Swimming Pool enough big for up to 15 guests at a time with a kids pool. Size 14x26ft and depth 4 to 4.5ft. Pool deck with 2 sun loungers. Pool side sitting area with shade. Property has a huge lawn space to play games, badminton net, bonfire(extra cost). Perfect for hosting weddings and various gatherings(need pre approval). We have an inverter backup that can only run lights and fans for 1.5 to 2 hours under regular use in the event of an electrical blackout.
