Guest access As our guest, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to a beachfront palapa—a shaded, relaxing space perfect for soaking in the sea breeze. Hammocks, beach chairs, and swimming floaties are all provided to help you unwind and enjoy your time by the sea. You’ll also have access to: Free private parking on-site Washer and dryer access for guests staying 4 nights or more Golf cart rentals available for exploring the village: • $40 USD for 6 hours • $55 USD for 24 hours Other things to note Before You Book – Please Note: Air Conditioning: Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. We kindly ask that you turn off the units when leaving the home to help us conserve energy. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A $400 USD deep cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors. However, you're welcome to smoke outside in designated areas. Safe Storage: A secure safe is available for storing your important documents and valuables. Drinking Water: A water dispenser with cold, drinkable water is provided. We’re happy to refill it for you as needed throughout your stay. Entertainment: The home includes a Smart TV with cable channels, so you can stream your favorite shows or catch up on the news.
