Home in New Paltz

This home is close to the Mohonk Mountain House, Lake Minnewaska State Park, Peter's Kill and the New Paltz Rail Trail. The home features a fenced-in back yard, back deck, skylights, an organic garden, multiple flower gardens, fire pit, barbecue grill, outdoor sink and hammock. The space Our home is furnished with clean and simple modern decor with a subtle rustic twist. There is a front yard and back yard with seasonal flowers and vegetables all free for picking. This sleeping space allows for a maximum occupancy of 5 individuals and 2 pets. No exceptions. Though there are 5 beds, please note that this is a small house and better suited for 4 individuals with approximately 850 square feet indoors. Though the space is small, it is clean, modern and cozy. The water tank is small, which means that hot water is used quickly for laundry, dishes and showers. Please allow 25 minutes for the water tank to reheat in between showers to ensure that you have hot water. Guests can have 4 cars maximum in the driveway. There is no street parking available and parking on the lawn is not permitted. The hosts leave a large silver trailer parked in the driveway. Bedroom 1: has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress. There is a private full size bathroom with a shower in this bedroom. Bedroom 2: Please note the following: this bedroom has two beds. It is a vaulted room with ladder access to a loft. A full size bed with a memory foam mattress is located underneath a bunk, on ground level. A twin size bed with a memory foam mattress is located in the top bunk. You must climb a ladder to access the top bunk. Bedroom 3: Please note the following: this bedroom has two beds. It is a vaulted room with ladder access to a loft. A twin size bed with a memory foam mattress is located underneath a bunk, on ground level. A children's size bed is located in the top bunk. You must climb a ladder to access the top bunk. The top bunk in this room is suitable for a child or a small teen only, not for a full size adult. The kitchen is stocked with lots of food and snacks, so please help yourself. There is also a pet drawer stocked with doggie treats, a leash, organic soap and misc supplies. This is a pet friendly home and the back yard is completely fenced in. Please do not leave pet poop on the ground. Pick it up, place into a plastic bag and then deposit into the outside garbage. Garbage and recycling containers are located in the driveway. Please do not let your pets pee/poo on the flower gardens or vegetable gardens. There are multiple veggie, herb and flower gardens on the property with tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, asparagus, beets, mustard greens, basil, rosemary, parsley, thyme, chives, oregano and sage growing throughout the summer/early fall. Please help yourself to some flowers or veggies during your stay. Please do not let your pet walk in the gardens. Guest access Guests are not permitted to use the shed or basement. Please contact the hosts the day you arrive to go over the check-in instructions. Other things to note Cable TV is accessible in the living room and a Roku TV is available in the master bedroom. There is no cable TV in the two small bedrooms. There is a TV in each bedroom for Netflix or gaming.
