Security: For peace of mind, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard 24/7. Laundry: Washer/Dryer available for use (please bring your own detergent). EV Charging: Strictly prohibited. Connecting an EV to a standard outlet incurs a $35/night fee. No unregistered guests allowed. Parking is shared in the 2-car driveway with extra free street parking available. Safety: Not child-proofed; constant adult supervision is required. Other things to note We love hosting respectful guests. Please read our rules carefully; violations will result in the fees listed below: NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking inside. Any smoke odor detected will result in a $100 deep-cleaning fee. NO PARTIES: Strictly enforced. Quiet hours must be respected. NO PETS: Due to severe owner allergies, no animals are allowed. This is non-negotiable. GUEST LIMIT: No unregistered guests allowed. Any unregistered guest will incur a $35 fee per person, per day. CHECK-OUT: Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee. POOL KEYS: If the community pool access key is lost, the replacement cost is $100. EV CHARGING: Using house electricity for EVs incurs a $35/night fee. - Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging. -Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). However, due to the warm Texas climate during this time of year, occasional insect sightings are completely normal for the region and sometimes unavoidable. - To help us keep the indoors pest-free, we kindly ask that you: - Keep all exterior doors and windows fully closed when not in use. - Ensure food is put away or properly sealed.
