Lakefront Cabin is 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5-7ft this winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish).Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”. The space Our lakefront cabin is only approx. 4 MILES TO THE CITY LIMITS SIGN OF HOT SPRINGS and ONLY approx. 15 MINUTES TO CENTRAL which has everything! Less than 2 miles to gas station, dollar store & MR. Whiskers restaurant. Watching the sunrise is a delight at our lakefront cabin. Only 1 hour from Little Rock! Pets are welcome for an additional cost of $18.00 per pet, per night, Airbnb charges at reservation when you enter how many pets you are bringing. WE NOW HAVE AN EV CHARGER FOR ELECTRIC VECHILES for our guests to use for free, please let me know if needed and we will have unlocked for you. 😊 Other things to note Need to bring coffee for regular drip coffee pot, life jackets for use of pedal boat, beach towels for swimming, fishing equipment if you want to fish, if you want to grill you need to bring charcoal, lighter fluid, if you want to use the fire pit you need to bring wood. Bring your throw for the couch if you like, food, drinks and plus a happy, positive attitude, family, friends and you will be ready to getaway from it all & make fun new memories.
