Beach access: This is not a beachfront property. Guests may opt to personally book/rent a cottage (day trips) from nearby resorts (not included in the rental rate). Should you wish for us to provide recommendations, please let us know in advance, our caretaker may be able to provide options which might require advance bookings and down payment to the resort. Our caretaker can also assist on resort bookings upon arrival, subject to availability (Note: cottage rentals and entrance fees to resorts are separate from our rental rate). Other things to note Wifi connection is available. San Juan, Batangas Local Government mandates all guests to provide necessary travel requirements prior to arrival.
