Close - Convenient - Cozy Place to yourself!

My townhome is close to restaurants, dining, nightlife (10 min drive) and Opry Mills (10 min drive), but far enough away for a good nights rest. While it is not walkable to downtown Nashville, it is without all the issues associated with that too! You will have a great stay because of the comfy beds and ease of the condo. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets must be pre-approved). We welcome all guests & invite any questions you may have! The space This is a well-designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town home with a Jack and Jill style bathroom/shower. (Jack and Jill style means: 2 bathrooms that are private to each bedroom, but they share 1 shower). It's all one level, laid out in a very simply with just a few steps to access. The living room has seating for 4 easily, and a new smart TV. The dining room also seats 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for four and was remodeled in 2022! It has a coffee maker, a stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Both bedrooms have great beds with new mattresses in the last year. All linens and towels are fresh, clean and included in every stay! There is also a full size, in-unit washer and dryer, for your use with some supplies. There are two parking spots immediately in front, with three steps up into the condo, so parking is never an issue. New flooring was finished in Feb of 2024. There are cameras on the outside of the unit ONLY, for security and liability purposes. We stress that our guests are aware of this and ask any questions they may have about this prior to booking. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the outside back porch and all amenities, including two parking spots directly in front of the unit. There are three steps to walk up and you are in your "home away from home." There is also a washer and dryer for your use, and a fully functional kitchen. There is ZERO smoking of any kind allowed in the home. You also need to note, no guests are allowed at the home other than the ones indicated on the reservation. Failure to observe this rule results in a liability for both us and you, and the guest will be charge at the owner's discretion and potentially asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund.
