Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This private one-bedroom, one-bath duplex is perfect for two guests looking for comfort and relaxation. Tucked near John A. Finch Arboretum, you’re just minutes from downtown Spokane (2.2 miles) and the airport (4.6 miles). Also close to major hospitals. Close to Fish Lake Trail for peaceful walks, biking, and outdoor time. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, traveling nurses or a quiet weekend escape. The space The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with Macy’s Charter Club sheets and a closet with plenty of hangers, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the duplex and relax with a TV offering complimentary Netflix and local channels via antenna (no cable). A DVD player with a small movie collection is also available for cozy nights in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, wine glasses, and a wine opener. You’ll also find dishes and silverware for meals, along with coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, hot chocolate, oil, salt, and pepper. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essentials, including toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips and a hair dryer. For safety, please use hot styling tools only in the bathroom. Guests are responsible for any damages. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. 420-friendly outdoors. Parking is available in the single-lane driveway, which can accommodate up to two cars. Guest access Guests have access to the entire duplex. Other things to note Check-in is after 4pm/check-out is no later than 11am. These times are sometimes flexible depending on the reservations I have that week, just send me a message in advance to ask for an exception. Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a service animal. Since we have a no-pet policy, we need to inform other guests with confirmed reservations about your service animal in case they have allergies to dogs. PLEASE do not smoke marijuana or tobacco inside the house. There will be an ashtray you can take with you outside. The guests after you are not always as 420 friendly and a lot of them do not appreciate the smell. Thank you!
