Other things to note Property Layout & Access The ground floor includes one master en-suite bedroom, along with an adjoining bedroom featuring a bunk bed (double on the bottom) and a pull-out single bed. A second en-suite bedroom is located upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase and an open-air roof patio. The fourth en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house but has a separate external entrance. A photo in the listing shows its proximity to the front door. Island Conditions & Utilities The property is located on an out-island, where infrastructure can be less consistent than in urban areas. Mains electricity supply may occasionally be interrupted, and brief power outages can occur. Due to these conditions, appliances and amenities may be affected from time to time, including as a result of weather events such as lightning. If any issues arise before or during your stay, they will be addressed as quickly as possible, and temporary solutions will be provided where feasible. The Castle also includes a generator to help mitigate outages. Construction & Weather Considerations The house is built using natural stone in a traditional style. As a result, minor water ingress may occur during periods of rainfall.
