Sleeps up to 9, or a spacious getaway for only 2 to 4 people. Dogs welcome. The space This converted carriage house is actually 2 separate apartments, each with bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, basic kitchenette equipment, and separate entrance. The upstairs apartment also has a sleeping loft with single mattress. Combined, the carriage house apartments provide plenty of room for a family, combining to sleep up to nine people, or to provide roomy privacy and separate beds for two to four. As comfortable and convenient as you'll be in the Patio Carriage House, you're also just off the courtyard, with lawns, pool, hot tub and grill, and to the rest of our lawns and gardens all around. Just a short walk or ride away, bask in rugged solitude or travel ranch roads to the tree-lined river, canyons, cliffs and hilltops. Another day, visit the nearby Gila National Forest, Cliff Dwellings, City of Rocks, or quirky Silver City. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Y-Bar NAN Ranch headquarters was once the center of a self-sustaining agricultural property, and is still a working ranch. In the 1920s, a "modern" Mediterranean revival residence and extensive landscaping were added next to the 1912 bungalow-style Rancher's House, and today we share our shady gardens and broad lawns, pool courtyard, fountain patio and magical ambience with guests in the Rancher's House and smaller cottage, bunkhouse cabin, and apartment accommodations. The grounds are a romantic setting for weddings and other parties, and a spacious adobe barn easily transforms to the sparkling party place of your imagination. Guest access Guests may access all NAN Ranch Headquarters amenities, lawns, and outdoor areas, as well as all of the NAN Ranch that is accessible by road or on foot. ATVs and guests' other vehicles may use the roads, but MAY NOT go off-road.
