Surfing, Beach, Hammock & Coconut
It is a nice villa that our family loves to enjoy the sea. It is basic with 3 bedrooms on the second level and terrace with ocean views; nice open communal areas to enjoy the breeze and ocean sound on the first level with equipped kitchen, dining room, hammock space, showers and bathroom. Large garden with parking. Just cross the streets and there is the infinite beach of La Empaliza (not the wall). Perfect for surfing, hiking or watching the sea. The space It's a two-level house. Below is the open kitchen, hammock area, showers, and bathroom. There is a private garden with parking. The house is simple, but colorful and allows you to live the feeling of leaving the city and living the ocean. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (due to the pressure of the water it takes for the water to reach the second level), so the bathroom is one, which would be the one below. There are only sinks upstairs. Upstairs there is a spectacular terrace with hammocks and ocean views, to enjoy the sunset. The water of each is closed at 10 at night, by the municipality. The house does not have air conditioning but fans in every room. There is no wifi to enjoy the sea, the breeze and the hammocks. The house does not have a pool, but across the street is the beach and there are several public pools very close by. There are shops nearby and in Sipacate at the public pier you can buy fresh fish (we recommend for sale seafood Sindy). There are also restaurants very close to the house (we recommend El Pacific or Castillo del Sol). Normally the beach is very quiet, but in high season (31 December, Easter) it is very busy. On Saturdays there may be parties nearby. At the end of the street there is a lagoon to visit. Sunsets on the beach or terrace are very nice. Guest access The guests can access the whole property. Other things to note As it is a rural area of Guatemala there are water pressure problems to reach the second level and at night the water closes. In the rainy season you can turn off the light. It is not El Paredon beach, to go to the wall it is 20 minutes by car and then the boat.
