Surfing, Beach, Hammock & Coconut
Description
It's a nice chalet that our family loves to enjoy the sea. It is basic with 3 rooms on the second level and terrace with open communal areas to enjoy the briza and sound of the ocean on the first level with equipped kitchen, dining room, space for hammocks and bathroom. Amplio jardinin with parking lot. You just cross the streets and this is the infinity beach of La Empalizada (it's not the wall). Perfect for surfing, hiking, or ocean view. The space It is a two-level house. Below is the open kitchen, hammock area, showers, and bathroom. Private garden with parking is available. The house is simple but colorful and allows you to experience the feeling of getting out of the city and experiencing the ocean. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (due to the pressure of the water it takes for the water to reach the second level), so the bathroom is one, which would be the one below. There are only sinks upstairs. Upstairs there is a spectacular terrace with hammocks and ocean views, to enjoy the sunset. The water of each closes at 10 o'clock at night, by the municipality. The house does not have air conditioning but fans in every room. There is no wifi to enjoy the sea, the breeze and the hammocks. The house does not have a pool, but across the street is the beach and there are several public pools very close by. There are shops nearby and in Sipacate at the public pier you can buy fresh fish (we recommend for sale seafood Sindy). There are also restaurants very close to the house (we recommend El Pacific or Castillo del Sol). Normally the beach is very quiet, but in high season (December 31, Easter week) it is very busy. There may be parties nearby on Saturdays. At the end of the street there is a lagoon to visit. The sunsets on the beach or terrace are very cute. Guest access The guests can access the whole property. Other things to note As it is a rural area of Guatemala, there are water pressure problems so that it reaches the second level and at night the water closes. In rainy season, the light can go. It is not the beach of El Paredon, to go to the wall is 20 minutes by car and after the boat.
