Our condo is 1800 square feet 2 story unit, 2 fireplaces for cozy evenings, 2 bedroom and bathrooms. Full size washer and dryer for your use and our spacious kitchen is stocked with basic cookware pots, pans along with dishware and silverware for 8, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths . I provide laundry soap as well as coffee for your stay which makes 4 cups per pack or kcups with some notice I can leave out extra.. Use of grand bear water park is NOT included The space I've recently painted my entire place Sept 2024, I’ve added 3 flat screen tvs as well as dvd players, new dishes and cookware. I have a great selection of dvds and games for you to use please put back when finished. We shampoo and clean all carpets and furniture every 6 months to ensure a sparkling clean home for you to enjoy. The space has wifi and comcast cable keeping in mind your in a rural area and I can't be responsible for outages out of my control. Also I can't be responsible if your cellphone service is spotty. There are 2 restaurants and a full bar located in the Grizzly Jacks Grand Bear lodge (reopen May 28th) along with weekend activities and indoor movies. An indoor water park and arcade are located in the lodge. Grand Bear waterpark, 18 hole mini golf course and the arcade are NOT included in your stay but tickets can be purchased at the Lodge per availability. An outdoor park and playground is a great place to gather with the kids. Bear Island outdoor bar and grill is open 7 days a week and has a beautiful view of one of the many State Park canyons. Beautiful, quaint Utica, Illinois is minutes away with great restaurants and wineries. Guests have access to my entire space except the locked space under stairs.
