Please note: This listing is for the private bedroom and bedroom on the lower level of our ranch home. The main level is our family’s private space. No Cleaning Fee Pet- and smoke-free home! Just outside your room, relax in our spacious living area featuring a leather couch, massage chair, private dining table, mini fridge, microwave, convection oven, coffee machine, a selection of tea, and more—all for your personal use. Feel free to cook in our kitchen upstairs whenever you like. The space Spacious Private Room with Private Bathroom – Lower Level Enjoy a clean, comfortable QUEEN SIZE bed with a futon that pulls out into a full-size bed, plus a large desk. Updated 9/7/20: 14" Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Comfort Grande Plus) for ultimate comfort. Pillows and mattress have AllerEase Maximum Allergy Protection zippered/waterproof covers. Private bathroom is right next to your room. Entertainment & Tech: 49" 4K Smart TV with Netflix, plus laptop hookup. Charger included for micro USB, USB-C, and iPhones. Kitchen & Dining: Mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and dining table just outside the room – all private. Main kitchen upstairs is also available if needed. Living Area: Relax in the living room with a leather couch, massage chair, and backyard/forest view. Notes: Occasional low hum from the dehumidifier/sump pump may be heard. Our family lives upstairs; you have a private room and bathroom downstairs. Pets & Smoking: Not allowed. Let us know if you have any special requests—we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note: You will have a private bedroom and bathroom in the lower level, but the whole house is not rented out. Guest access Kitchen, beautiful backyard, porch and washer and dryer.
