Black Tip Bungalow

This comfortable and cozy, fully equipped 3 bedroom, 3 bath bungalow is a perfect beachy haven in the center of the best of New Smyrna Beach. Just a seven minute walk to the beach and seconds from shopping, dining, live music and the fun of Flagler Avenue, the location is fantastic. The Blacktip Bungalow has 5 beds and sleeps 8 very comfortably, but there is no closed door between the loft and the 2nd bedroom so privacy between these 2 areas is limited. The space This is an older house, built in 1924. The interior has wood floors and is decorated in "Shabby Tiki Chic." The floors need to be redone, but with all the beach sand being carried in constantly, we embrace their rustic quality and don't worry too much about them. We've made it a priority to have comfortable beds, good linens and plenty of towels for your use. We've also tried to ensure that the kitchen has everything you might need in terms of utensils, pots and pans, dishes and stemware. There is also a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and small crock pot. (The ice maker is not currently working so a bag of ice will be provided for you.) There is also a washer and dryer as well as detergent for you to use. The yard and landscaping are a work in progress-pricing is currently reduced accordingly however the yard is fenced in so dogs have a safe place outside. Guest access The entire property is yours. There is space for 2 cars (possibly 3 if you blocked one in) in the back driveway and 2 spots directly in front of the house (though those are considered public parking and aren’t guaranteed.) Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Also, the Blacktip Bungalow comes with beach towels for you to use at the beach as well as a beach cart. There is a gas grill and a dining table on the back porch and a coffee table with 6 chairs on the front porch. There is also an outdoor shower. The back driveway has room for 2 cars and is long enough to hold a boat and trailer.
