We are a quick drive to everything Central TX has to offer! 🤠 The space Our property is located on a quiet, safe, suburban street, and guests will have the entire unit to themselves. You will enjoy a clean, tastefully decorated bedroom with a super comfortable memory foam mattress. 🛏️Linens and towels are provided. The living room sofa transforms to a queen-size bed. 🛏️ There is a 50" Smart TV for accessing Netflix, Hulu, etc. 📺 You’ll have access to our high-speed WiFi. 🛜 The suite has a brand new heating and cooling system that is separate from the main house. Guests have complete control over the temperature. ❄️/🔥 The custom-designed coffee bar features a mini-fridge, microwave, traditional drip coffee machine, and a Keurig. ☕️ We provide coffee, tea, and snacks for your enjoyment. 🥨 We are baby and kid-friendly. 👶 We can provide a pack-n-play, highchair, children's utensils, and dishes. ⭐️Guests MUST request the pack-n-play and highchair BEFORE check-in. ⭐️While the guest suite is private, we live in the other part of the house so there is a shared wall. We respect quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am.🤫 Other things to note Wondering how far we are from your cousin’s wedding venue or tourist destination? The closest landmark to our house is the Play for All Abilities Park. Use their address of 151 N AW Grimes Blvd to map your trip and you will have the time it takes to drive within (+/-) 5 minutes.
