Villa Sol, a comfortable and spacious home to enjoy a getaway in the heart of the Guatemalan Pacific. It has everything you need to have a perfect stay, cozy social areas, equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and a nice garden with pergola, sunbathing area and your own private jacuzzi. Air conditioning in all indoor spaces. We have 1 TV in the living room. You will also have access to the social pool and various social amenities in the condominium. The space Our villa is carefully designed for you to have a comforting stay, located inside a safe condominium and with unique amenities that will allow you to enjoy yourself to the fullest. Guest access Our villa has a capacity for 10 people, with three bedrooms, a spacious and cozy indoor social area, a fully equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms and a private garden with a pergola, outdoor dining table, comfortable furniture for sunbathing or relaxing, a nice private Jacuzzi with jets, barbecue and access to the block's social pool. All interior spaces have air conditioning and ceiling fans for high comfort. BEDROOMS: - 2 Family rooms on the first floor, with four single beds each. - 1 Master bedroom on the second level with a queen size bed, closet, private bathroom and a nice terrace. It has TV and cable. SOCIAL AREAS: - Large indoor room with Smart TV, Cable and DVD - Indoor dining room for six - Breakfast bar for 4 people - Kitchen equipped with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and cutlery. We have all the necessary equipment to cook during your stay. - Outdoor dining area - Barbecue grill in the garden - Ambient temperature water Jacuzzi, with jets. - Hammock - Furniture for sunbathing or resting PARKING: - 2 Private and covered parking spaces in front of the house - 1 extra parking space in the condominium's visitor area. Other things to note This is a Family Villa, located inside a condominium with security and regulations. Parties are not allowed, loud music is not allowed, no more than 10 people (including children) are allowed. Our cleaning staff will arrive in the mornings during your stay to make the beds and perform a GENERAL CLEANING of the house. The rent of our villa does not include staff service to cook or clean during the entire stay (you can request it with us as an extra, if you wish).
