The house is modern, spacious, it has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with separate bathroom and separate toilet, the first is 30 m2, the second is 32 m2, the third is almost 55 m2 and the last one upstairs is 32 m2, all very comfortable and sunny. You will be able to spend quality time with family and friends. Located in the heart of a group of 3 recent houses, VILLA DE JADE is totally secure. We provide bath towels and linens. A caretaker ensures the proper functioning of the house. A housekeeper provides cooking and cleaning for 20 euros per day on request, food purchases, cleaning, etc. There is FIBER internet, so you can work comfortably and chat with your friends easily. A little more detail: parties are not allowed, nor guests, and no smoking inside the house. Guest access You have access to the whole house without restriction. You can park 3 vehicles in the parking lot of the house. Pets are strictly prohibited. Other things to note After 10pm, we do not tolerate parties, pool parties... where outsiders are invited.
