Enjoy city living in our light filled condo right downtown, (1.5 mile from stadium). 1 block from the WA State Convention Center, and within easy walking distance of Seattle's downtown shopping area, Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Walk a few blocks east for lots of great restaurants & clubs in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Also very close to major bus routes & the Link Light Rail, so it's easy to reach from the airport and a great base camp for getting around & exploring the whole city. The space This apartment is on the 4th floor on the sunny southwest corner of a 16 floor condo building. You'll find comfortable minimalist furniture, a complete kitchen with everything you might need, and a contemporary bathroom with all the amenities. High-speed wireless internet, and large flat screen tv with Roku, Sling TV, and Netflix. We have a king bed with a very comfortable Novaform mattress, plus soft cotton sheets, comfy blankets, and ergonomic as well as down pillows. The window includes a black-out shade plus vertical blinds. There’s also a sound machine, and USB power strip charging stations on both sides of the bed for your devices. Please note that this listing is only for 1 or 2 guests sharing the bed. The couch is not full length and is not meant to be used as an extra bed. Sorry, but we’re not set up for families with children, and cannot accommodate extra guests or pets. No smoking of any kind. Check-in is usually anytime after 3pm. Earlier check-ins are sometimes possible depending on our schedule. Check-out is by 11am. Our calendar is always up to date, so what you see available online is totally accurate and there's no need to double check with us first. The price varies depending on the time of year. Other things to note Our place is right in the city next to the Convention Center and near the I-5 freeway.
