The space This charming self-catering villa can accommodate up to four adults and an infant under 2 years old in a cot (on request). The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom intended for shared use. The lounge area includes a fireplace, and the kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances. The patio, complete with BBQ facilities, is the ideal setting to enjoy the spectacular views of the Berg. We accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, death, loss, damage, or expense suffered by you, your guests, or anyone else taking occupation with you, arising from any act of God, theft, strike, fire or the acts or omissions of any other person, including but not limited to the local or national government, limitations, restrictions and requirements for visas, permits, licenses and certificates on border controls and immigration (if applicable), military, police and security services intervention, international and local travel, movement of goods and persons, occupation of accommodation and the use and enjoyment of facilities, amenities, public and private venues, while under the jurisdiction of such local or national government. To ensure well managed access to back up power during loadshedding, please note that our Resorts operate generators in defined timeslots. You may not rent out or split the booking the of the unit without the prior approval of management. Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted. During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in.
