*Sparkling Clean* guest suite in desired North End

Clean & bright, newly renovated in-law suite in the North end, with studio-style bedroom/living space & separate kitchen. The space 1 Queen bed sleeps 2 people comfortably. Extra large sectional sofa in living/sleeping quarters for maximum relaxation and comfort. Set up is not suitable for children or infants. Complimentary coffee & tea are provided along with prepackaged breakfast snacks such as granola bars and oatmeal. Guest access Separate keypad entry with one parking space on site. Other things to note I live upstairs and have a tenant + pets. As this is an active home, you will hear us walking around/our tv/chatting as your unit is directly below. We do try our best to be as quiet as possible during your stay, but if you're looking for complete silence, this may not be the ideal space for you. I also have a white noise machine I can run to help buffer the sounds between units and guests can let me know if this is something they are interested in. I'm happy to turn it on upstairs or provide it for their use.
