Home has a large screen-in porch with a large table for outdoor dining and an air hockey table for some fun and a 5 person Hot tub for relaxing. Cozy in-door fireplace for winter months. Bryce Resort ski lodge is less than 15 minutes away from the house. It's an all season resort with the beautiful Lake Laura open for business in the Summer to the public. The space You have full access to the all the living spaces in the home. Note you are in the woods so all trash must be kept inside at all times to avoid uninvited critters from visiting. For those of you needing to be connected to the rest of the outside world. Our internet is DSL 15 Mbps the highest available in the area. Speed test: 14.5 Mbps download and 1.34 Mbps upload. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. You will not have access to the garage and pavilion structure. Other things to note There is a charcoal grill out front, you will need to provide your own charcoal. There is a fire pit out back, you will need to bring your own wood to burn.
