Clean and bright waterfront duet home next to the Marina/ Boat Launch, Marina Grill and Farmers Market with dock to side tie your boat. We are in a quiet area, great for swimming and fishing. Use our paddle boards or two-person kayak. We are a short boat ride to the fast water for boating, water sports or visit other dockside restaurants. Wineries, Fruit Picking and a Whiskey distillery are only minutes away. An hour drive to San Francisco, Napa or Sacramento. Add us to your favorites! The space 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms duet home. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The primary has a California King bed, french doors that look out onto the water, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a three head custom shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The two bedrooms share a full bath with a walk in shower (sorry no tubs). All the bedrooms have Purple mattresses, linens and pillows. Each bedroom is equipped with large flat screen Smart TVs. Downstairs has its own half bathroom. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area that opens up to the large deck where an other dining table and chat style lounge seating with a fire pit table, Outdoor TV and a BBQ grill. Perfect for watching the sunset. The living area has games to play and an 70 inch smart TV. We are in quiet area of deep water that is perfect for swimming, fishing and paddle boarding. We are a short paddle board ride over the launch ramp and marina chanlery to stock up on fishing gear and bait or just a fun run for the kids to get an ice cream. There is also a waterfront restaurant there. Use our dock to side tie your boat. Water and electricity available at the dock too. We just strictly request that you do not use our neighbor's side of the dock. We share one wall and our dock with our neighbor. So loud guest will no be tolerated. No guests except the guests that are staying at the home and approved at time of reservation unless approved by host prior to booking. If you are looking for a party house or to invite other guests over besides the others that are approved to stay there this is NOT the house for you. Also, we do have a few life vests for the kayak and paddle boards however size is very greatly so if you have your own we suggest bringing them.
