We'll tell you below that the location of our cabin is on Melipeuco's main street, with easy access to the Icalma international road, supermarkets, and you can walk around the town from the cabin. Therefore, it is a spacious, safe place with a privileged view of our Llaima Volcano. It is a magical, quiet place with a lot of history. Stay with us, you'll have a pleasant stay. The space The cabin is built entirely with native wood. The rooms (sheets included), bathroom (towels not included), and kitchen-living-dining room (fully equipped, kitchen towels not included) are spacious, providing all the necessary amenities for a complete rest. You will find stoves and a wood-burning stove inside the cabin, so you can cook at ease. The beds include electric blankets and for the winter season it includes firewood, at no additional cost. It also has its own parking and electric gate, for added security. Guest access The cabin has its own covered parking, and it has easy access to the center of the commune of Melipeuco or if you want to access the international Icalma road. Other things to note *Melipeuco is a small town of less than six thousand inhabitants, mostly of Mapuche origin. The city's history can be learned by visiting the Melipeuco Tourist Center. *Located 5 km from Melipeuco, the Truful Truful waterfall is actually a set of waterfalls that originate in the upper area of the river of the same name. * Located 10 minutes from Melipeuco on the main road, Conguillío National Park is the main attraction of the entire Andean area of the Araucanía region. * Located 23 km from Melipeuco by the international route and then by a detour to the southeast, the snow-capped Sollipulli are one of the best alternatives for glamping (a mixture of glamor and camping) in Chile. *The China Muerta National Reserve is a natural reserve located in the commune of Lonquimay, 40 km from Melipeuco.
