Located at the meeting of two coastal towns of Lian and Nasugbu in Batangas, your Casita is an oasis of real peace and quiet, just 30 minutes away from Twin Lakes in Tagaytay. It is ideal for family and friends wanting to escape to a private hideaway not far from the city. Open for reservations from August 2020. The space Grab a book from the shelves, a beach chair and a beer and head to the water. Here you can sit and watch the boats go by and melt the tension away as you feel the breeze and listen to the calming sound of the waves. The sunset, on a lovely day, is breathtaking! The Casita is your own private hideaway. The two adjoining bedrooms upstairs allow for a quiet family bonding or a romantic private moment for a couple in each room. The third and 4th bedrooms are ideal for a few more guests to retire to after a private dinner party by the pool which, when lighted, provides an idyllic backdrop for a memorable stay. The open-style living/dining/kitchen area is clad in shimmering white paint and glass curtains. Its internal decors are personal and touching, making for a warm, comfortable environment. Like all the rooms, this area is air-conditioned. A large smart TV is on the wall. The fully equipped kitchen is provided with pots and pans, silverwares and dinnerwares and all that can make you feel you're home. Guest access The guests can have an access to the entire villa, the swimming pool and garden. The beach is for you to explore. I love sharing my home and have it enjoyed by guests who would respect and appreciate it and all that come with it. The fantastic view of the ocean, stunning sunsets and a sandy beach are yours to admire. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the villa Use of illegal substances are not allowed inside the property Firearms and ammunitions of any kind with or without a permit is not allowed inside the property Other deadly weapons are not allowed inside the property Pets are not allowed without permission Tinkering with the electricals, plumbing and other parts of the house are not allowed Dumping of wastes in the waters are not allowed. The Caretaker and the Housekeeper who live just across the street are available to attend to your needs, from check in to 10PM. A small amount of gratuity will be appreciated for a job well done. Other things to note: The villa has 4 bedrooms which are furnished with beds good for 12 guests maximum. Please include your helpers and drivers in the count. Children 5 years old and below will not be counted as they can share beds with their parents. The sofas and chairs in the living room can be temptingly comfortable for sleeping but please use the bedrooms. You may bring cooked food and food to cook in the kitchen. A Personal Videoke is provided for your enjoyment. please use it carefully Parties and loud music are not allowed. We can provide banana leaves for boodle fights. Please turn off aircon and lights when not in use. Conserve water.
