Welcome to your home away from home! This house is a modern minimalist small house newly built inside a subdivision with a safe neighborhood. We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to rent this house and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. Very accessible with just a short drive to the city proper. Wifi and parking are included. Enjoy you stay! The space Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this brand new modern small house with a minimalist design: brand new furnitures, clean sheets and no unnecessary clutter. Great for staycation with spacious cozy living room, dining area, kitchen, with parking space and fully air-conditioned rooms, perfect for 5 to 6persons. Guest access We have a small laundry area, a small patio and smoking area and a spacious garage to park your car. There's a laundry shop beside the house if you want your laundry done. There is also a small chapel just outside the subdivision which held a mass every Sunday morning. Other things to note WIFI. Guests can access our free wifi during their stay. Noise: As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm if possible.
