Palmetto Point Lighthouse is a working lighthouse that is located on navigational charts of the Bahamas. The house is directly on the Atlantic Ocean and has commanding views throughout. A paved walkway leads from the lighthouse to an intermediate level patio followed by a staircase to the secluded beach. It's a spacious, well-appointed residence with a living area, dining area, three bedrooms, and two full baths. WiFi and a Smart TV plus a DVD player. The space The oceanfront patio runs the entire length of the house. A spiral staircase at the central core leads to the beacon and a widow’s walk at the top of the home. The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private bath with whirlpool tub and French doors leading directly to the patio deck overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have large closets. All bedrooms are cooled by separate room air conditioners. There is a main air conditioner for the rest of the home The modern kitchen includes a center-island cook top, breakfast bar, wall oven, microwave, frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room. Guest access You have full, private access to the house. The house is on the ocean with access via steps to the secluded beach.
