In season, enjoy the large vegetable garden to pick salads, tomatoes, herbs... The space The villa is located in the middle of 103 century-old olive trees, a rose garden, then a vegetable garden and surrounded by very beautiful terraces and an outdoor swimming pool heated to region. Built in U, the 4 suites on 5 on the ground floor are facing the interior patio. The 5th suite of the ground floor is more removed. Upstairs is the largest suite, very spacious and overlooks the entire terrace whose atlas can be admired on either side, magnificent sunsets , and breathtaking starry nights. The very friendly kitchen open partly to the common areas is equipped with a central island. A first grey/white living room directly overlooking the very pleasant central patio due to its freshness. Another larger living room with fireplace area right on the outdoor terrace. Multiple dining areas: a very large table for 12 and one for 8 people on the terrace on the kitchen side in front of the olive trees, and on the terrace on the living room side 2 tables side by side to eat for 8. Several small lounges on the terraces to relax , have a coffee, an aperitif... Guest access You will enjoy the villa with all its terraces, the shaded parking lot, the vegetable garden ( depending on the season), the fruit trees, the trampoline, ping pong table, swimming pool, beautiful shaded garden, outdoor lounges, indoor lounges, small cellar, sunbeds, board games. The use of the kitchen is reserved for villa staff who prepare meals At the rate of €25/person / meal Special rate for full board or long-term booking. If guests want to use the kitchen, compensation of 100 euros/day for possible property damage will be requested. The swimming pool can be heated at a rate of €75/day, plus a day of preheating. Important note: We do not heat the pool from 15/06 to 15/09 because the water temperature is already temperate. Other things to note Thank you very much for your interest at Villa Assaka. We are expecting a total of 12 guests. Only 2 children less than 12 years old are accepted above the 12 people for an extra charge of 30€/child. Your villa manager info and contact will be passed to you shortly so you can communicate directly with him to organise the meals you want to have prepared during your stay. 25€/ pers / meal with our vegetable garden when possible Without alcohol Free for children until 12 years old for the first 2 children Above 2 children it will be charged 15€ child/meal. It is important to understand them: According to AirBnB Community Standards, guests should respect others’ property, information, and personal belongings. * Check in is on or after 2pm and check out is at 10am at the latest * pets are not allowed * No smoking in bedrooms and bathrooms * Break it/Pay it policy * Fireworks are strictly forbidden * Guests cannot play loud music that could disturb the neighbors * Parties / events must be authorized (charges might apply) * Swimming pool can be heated if request for an extra charge of 75 €/day. *As we respect our environment with Morocco’s low water challenges especially during the dry season, linens and towels will be changed every 4 days, unless asked otherwise. Don't let stale food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and insects and it stains the furniture. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff cleans the villa every day but this should not be an invitation to leave the space untidy. * According to AirBnB Community As hosts and members of our local community, we are responsible for our guests’ behaviour towards our neighbourhood. In case of violation of these House Rules, our manager or the security night guard will hand you a written warning notice. In case of repeated violation, we will contact AirBnB to lodge a formal complaint, which as per airbnb rules and policy, will most likely lead to the cancellation of the booking and immediate departure without refund.
