This SLO Brew Loft Studio in the middle of downtown San Luis Obispo Features: smeg appliances, a nespresso machine and pods -for your mornin’ joe, all utensils and basic cooking gear -to get your grub on, green tea and lime scented bath products, king sized bed and sleeper sofa, super soft cozy sheets and towels, an electric fireplace -for ambiance, complete with stocked mini bar for purchase with slo brew products, 2 flat screen tvs with netflix and cable and of course, free wifi! The space This isn't your typical Studio. Featuring a full kitchen with premium appliances and a dining room table with seating for 6! In addition to the queen-size canopy bed, the living room features an additional queen-size sleeper sofa (linens included). Guests love the oversize tiled bathroom with walk-in rain head shower! There are flat-screen TVs in both the bedroom and living room areas, so sit back and tune into your favorite channel or stream your bingeworthy shows on our AppleTV device. Guest access This Loft has its own entry which is controlled by an electronic lock system. Entry to the building and the hallways are the only shared/common areas. As there is no staff on site, a team member will reach out by email or call ahead to obtain a card on file to activate your door codes. There is a mini bar in your loft suite; billed based on consumption. Other things to note MUST BE 21 TO RENT. The SLO downtown entertainment district is open until 2 am. Additionally, the City generally schedules daily maintenance and cleaning for early mornings. Please be aware that the noises from these activities can be loud and disruptive, and are to be expected as part of the downtown urban experience.
