We can fit up to 10 people, please message us for details. The space You will be living amongst the locals. The owners (Joy and Rey) live in the ground floor. Your space is on the first level (aka second floor) with your own dining area. You have your own private entry. Guest access You will have your own entry, you can access the ground floor patio which has table and chairs overlooking the Batangas - Puerto Galera channel. You also have the whole upstairs area which has the 3 rooms, dining room, and your private toilet and bath which is shared between your group. Note* one of the rooms has its own ensuite Other things to note Discounted rates apply for three or more guests. First 2 guests will only have one room, 3-4 guests will have two rooms and 5 plus guests will have three rooms. If you are only allocated one or two rooms and would like an additional room, you will be charged extra which you can pay upfront. As our place is set away from restaurants and activities, we can provide you with other meals and activities for an additional cost. You must let us know what your plans are with meals and activities so we can prepare them for you. You can rent a karaoke if you want to so you can sing the night away. In respect to neighbours, no more partying after 10pm though.
