Excellent location in the Palmeiras neighborhood, by car it is 5 minutes from the center, 8 minutes from Praia do Forte and 20 minutes from Búzios and Arraial do Cabo. Neighborhood with its own infrastructure, restaurants, 50 meters from the lagoon kiosks, supermarket, bakery, pharmacies and 500 meters from the largest shopping mall in the Lake District. Guest access You are renting the entire house with an area in front, equipped with tables, chairs, ottoman, armchairs and barbecue. This area can also be used by your small pet. The space has a covered parking space. Other things to note Check-in time is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out is by 12 p.m., however, check-in and check-out times can be negotiated. Allergy sufferers should bring their own bed and bath linens in addition to pillows, as those in the house are not hypoallergenic. Turn off fans, TV and lights when leaving the house. Additional guests pay a fee of 80 reais/day. We accept only 1 extra guest.
