The upper suite consists of 1 ocean front master bedrooms with 1 bathrooms, living room with 2 futons, dining room and full kitchen. Step of the porch and onto our golden Belizean beach. Take advantage of concierge services to arrange spa services, diving, snorkeling and fishing trips or zip-lining while staying with us. This is dependent on season and availability. Guest access According to Belize law, all property with in 66 feet from the water line is public property. Beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, inner tubes, corn hole and bicycles are for the exclusive use of the guests of Blue Parrot. Even though docks is owned by certain properties, all docks are on public property (in the ocean). The public is allowed access on the dock, if the dock is not in use by the dock owner. During your stay At Blue Parrot we believe in personal interaction with our guests. Reservations is handled by our reservations manager from the US. Once in Belize, our property managers, who lives in Hopkins, will be available to greet and assist you. The house is equipt with lock boxes at each entrance. This enable guests to access the house and settle in. The property managers will be visiting the day after arrival. Access code will be provided to guests approximately a week before your stay. A private security guard is on duty during at night. House keeping will be provided during your stay. Breakfast can be arranged at an additional charge.
