En-suite bathroom with Shower / basin / toilet The space The private room and en suite shower / toilet / Jacuzzi leads out to it's own deck area with braai facilities next to the swimming pool ) The Jacuzzi is available at an additional fee of R80 per use as we have water restrictions in place with higher levies on excessive water usage . The second bedroom has a double bed. There is also a Kitchenette with Microwave and Airfryer . There is not a stove or hot plate in the unit . There is an electric kettle and Bar fridge as well We are equipped with an emergency water reserve pump system to counter water shortages as well as with a solar / inverter / battery system to counter any loadshedding that might be scheduled during your stay The Main bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a sleeper couch which can accomodate 2 children or 1 adult Guest access SAFE OFF STREET PARKING BEHIND ELECTRONIC GATE OUT OF SIGHT FROM STREET WITH CAMERAS AND SECURITY BEAMS / LIGHTS Guests have access to the garden as well as their own patio/deck/braai area out of sight of the main house . Guests also have access to the pool in summer Other things to note We are pet friendly . We allow one small well trained dog or cat on condition that they do not sleep on the bed or couch . Guests are liable for any damage / or soiling on carpets or linen caused by pets
