Off-street covered parking, one space per guest. Due to allergens, no pets please. Guest access There is a common space for BBQ-ing and we have all the utensils for you. There is a common coin operated laundry room. Outdoor showers for the sand!! Everything you need. Just bring personal items and sunscreen !! Other things to note The coastal zone has beautiful ocean breezes. On those rare occasions, there are split ductless HEAT and A/C in the living room and bedroom when needed. Also, we have an amazing cleaning crew, a small family business. Our place will be sanitized and immaculate when you arrive. The cleaning fee is a pass-through directly to them, with no mark-up. The "Coaster" train is a living breathing part of the North San Diego County beach communities. It runs through every beach town in North County and can take you to Downtown San Diego and beyond. You will hear the train whistle during your stay.
