You’ll love the coziness, the location, the friendliness of the people around town, the history of the town, the solitude, the relaxation. Take a step back into a time long gone when you stay in a this little house built in 1865. The space It is a secluded getaway in a lovely village that you will long remember. Guest access You have a grill for your out back bar-b-que's and all the amenities of home. We do have a hot tub but we must be notified if you plan to use it. Lotions and other creams applied to people's bodies, gunks up the hot tub and we have to have the maintence guy out to drain and clean the hot tub. It costs us an extra $75.00 if we have to have that happen more than the once monthly maintence and that fee will be passed on to you if it has to be drained more than the scheduled time. NO children under 10 are allowed in the hot tub and we accept absolutely NO responsibility for any issues with the hot tub. If you do decide to use it, you are totally responsible. It is advisable not to be too intoxicated in a slippery hot tub. We have never had a problem with it but that does not mean that it could not happen. Other things to note We are a strictly NON SMOKING FACILITY AND PROPERTY. We also have a NO PET policy. Please DO NOT PARK ON THE PATIO behind the house. There is a driveway next to the house that is structured for automobiles. The patio is not. If you are planning an event and need a place to do that, please contact me. We have an area for events and can help you plan it if you like. Fees are based on what amenities are requested. Art/pottery classes are available also. If you are interested in any of these classes, please notify us at least 3 weeks ahead of your planned stay. The classes last from 2 day workshops to week long sessions. You will receive 20% off of your room stay if signing up for classes.
