Playa Las Cujas Cachagua House

Welcome to Cachagua, a quiet and unspoilt beach resort that has kept its charm and essence throughout the years. The prime location of this house, gives you one of the best views of Cachagua, overlooking the Pacific ocean and the turquoise waters of Playa Las Cujas, to which you have a private pathway. The split level, open plan living and dining area, with floor to ceiling windows offer a combination of natural light and spectacular ocean views creating a unique atmosphere to relax and unwind. The space Upon arrival you will be greeted with a large private and secure parking area at the front of the house. Open the front door and your holiday will begin when you see the amazing views. The split-level, open plan living and dining room area has been beautifully designed allowing for easy living and plenty of space to relax, but also for everyone to interact. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you’ll need, including a breakfast bar and stools. The master bedroom has a Super King sized bed, sitting area, en- suite bathroom, TV and private terrace with ocean view. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (TV optional). The third bedroom has a double bed and TV. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Connected to the kitchen, there is a small bedroom with bunkbeds and en - suite bathroom, which can accommodate two additional people (service personnel, teenagers, children, etc..) A BBQ area is located to the side of the house with convenient direct access into the dining room & kitchen patio. Practically all common spaces in the house provide a stunning view that constantly reminds you YOU ARE ON HOLIDAY. Sunsets at the terraces are a must. The house has a private downhill pathway to beautiful Playa las Cujas. Please make sure you read through the HOUSE GUIDELINES provided in Folder. These contain all the relevant information for your stay. Other things to note Please note that there a few spaces where house owners store their things. We politely request not opening: 1) Locked closet in hallway 2) High upper cabinet in the masterbedroom`s closet 3) The 2 lower cabinets in mail entrance table 4) Hight cabinet on top of the fridge in kitchen
