All bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. A travel cot available for anyone with babies. There is also a spare mattress if an extra guest wants to come along. Set in the picturesque countryside 9 miles from Kilkenny Medieval City, 35 minutes from Mount Juliet Estate, midway between Dublin & Cork (12 minutes from M8 motorway, 35 minutes from Rock of Cashel & 50 minutes from Waterford City. Then relax and enjoy your break ☺ Other things to note We have an open fire in the sitting room. A supply of coal and kindling will be left for your use. The heating is oil fired and also heats the water. During the summer months the water is heated by an immersion heater system. We have a power shower. NOT an electric shower. So water has to be pre heated, either by heating or by turning on immersion switch
