Tikioki Retreat House is a fantastic holiday home on the south side of Rarotonga & 250 m from the beach. The house has an open plan kitchen & living areas. Other features include cook-top & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & laundry tub. The covered porch complete with outdoor furniture is ideal for entertaining, dining & BBQ. There are ceiling fans & insect screens for your comfort & WIFI to ensure you're always connected while on the go! Ideal for family of 4 or a group of 4. The space Property is located approximately 14 km from the airport in the village of Titikaveka on Tikioki Road (runs off Ara Tapu which is the main road). Maximum House Capacity: The maximum house capacity is four persons. Extra Guest Policy: No additional guests may stay. Baby Policy: Infant aged up to 2 years may stay free of charge and will not count towards the maximum room occupancy. A potable cot can be provided free of charge, however it must be requested in advance.
