Honey Bee Ridge Guest House

Our Guest House is located on a quiet country road 15 minutes from beautiful downtown Holland and 20 minutes from beaches, downtown Grand Rapids and Saugatuck. The property sits on 5 acres with the owners home next to the Private Guesthouse. You'll have access to the pool, your own patio with comfortable seating, and a wood fire pit. A 600 acre park with paved running/biking/cross country ski and mountain biking trails is located across the street. The space The bathroom and entryway are located on the main level as you walk in. Upstairs is the sitting and sleeping area. There is no TV. We have updated our space with a new Purple queen mattress, bathroom flooring, ceiling fan and window coverings… these upgrades along with the twin bed, sitting area, desk, Keurig and small refrigerator…. Provide a very comfortable space for relaxing. Guest access The guest house is private, however the pool and wood fire pit are shared areas. Only those booked are allowed on the property please do not invite others to join you for a visit during your stay unless approved by the host. Other things to note We usually open the pool the first week in May but do not turn on the heater until the weather warms up… The pool is usually closed after Labor Day weekend. It is a shared space with the owners… we occasionally have friends and guest over throughout the summer as well as ISR swim lessons going on June and July ... so while we encourage and support the use of the pool please be aware that it is not your private pool and dress appropriately and respect the neighbors and owners with acceptable activity.
