Fingerlakes cabin in the woods

Looking forward to visiting Central, NY but not looking forward to the crowded city or suburban lodging? Our home is nestled in the Fingerlakes country side. Discover the scenic beauty of Central, NY by exploring many nearby State Parks which offering hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, golfing, boating, and beautiful beaches. There is something for everyone to enjoy for sure. Local restaurants provide a variety of atmospheres for many styles and tastes. The space Our home is very warm and welcoming and sure to fit your families needs. The home is situated on 20 acres of land which includes short walking trails, a fire pit, and beautiful yard. The large covered wrap around porch is a pure nature lovers delight. The porch extends to a massive back deck that overlooks your private in ground salt water swimming pool with a large patio area to sit back and relax. Indoors you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, laundry room, living room, den space ( full size futon couch- sleeps 2) 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 1/2 basement with a futon couch that sleeps two. This is our family home so we do request that you treat it "gently" and follow our policies that are outlined here as well as the binder that will be provided to you upon your arrival. There are to be absolutely NO parties or large gatherings at our home.Only the guests that are staying in our home will be allowed on the property. Guest access Guests will have access to full house. Guests will not have access to garage or barn. Other things to note There is a family cat (Finn) that will be sharing the living space. He is an indoor/ outdoor cat and is friendly. We also have 8 chickens that live out back in a coop. We do have a care taker that may or may not visit during your stay however, she would not be accessing the house. She may stop by to collect chicken eggs and feed them. I will let you know ahead of time if she will be stopping by. For those with pet allergies you may want to note that we do have a family dog that resides in our home when we are not renting.
