The home is breezy, quiet and very comfortable. We are centrally located as well! 3 min. to the closest stores, 6 min. to Pedasi, 10 min. to Playa Destilladeros, 25 min. to Playa Venao. The space The home was designed and built to take advantage of the prevailing breeze and the expansive views. Located on a hilltop, one can see for miles, hear the calls of monkeys in the creek bottoms, watch cattle graze on the distant hills and birds soar by. When the monkeys are near, travel the trail down to the creek and observe them up close. The home, furniture, lighting, and finishes are custom designed and built by the owners. We feel that the natural setting combined with the love we put toward creating the home, gives a feeling of comfort, tranquility and connection to the surroundings.
