Natural freshness inside by a permanent sea breeze; the master bedroom is air-conditioned, the living room also, the attic bedroom and the patio are ventilated. 1 kitchenette inside. 1 "African" kitchen outside with BBQ. Julien the caretaker ensures the maintenance of the property and 24/7 security. Our housekeeper Philomène comes to do the cleaning and laundry every other day. A few meters from the house you will have the most beautiful of pools: a sandy beach for sports, games and swimming. Also participate in the good ecological management of the property by separating the "biodegradable" elements that go to the compost with the other elements that will be sorted by Julien in our "mini waste disposal" (plastic, iron, glass). Guest access The entire place is for your use. Other things to note The accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people: the downstairs bedroom for 2 adults and the top attic bedroom for 2 children, or 1 adult and 1 child. No smoking inside the house for fire safety reasons: a large part of the house is made of wood. Guests are also asked to make sure to turn off electrical appliances, including air conditioners, when not in use. A household waste collection system is in place with selective sorting: compost for biodegradable waste and adapted compartments for other waste. The caretaker Julien will explain. TV with Canal+. The property is connected to the high-speed fiber optic internet network. The beach is very attractive, large and ideal for swimming, sports and recreational activities; the sea is quite calm in this area but remain cautious however and observe the behavior of other bathers.
