A luxury house with a swimming pool beside the 14th Fairway on the spectacular 'Baobab' Golf Course at Vipingo Ridge; the only PGA Accredited golf course in East Africa. The house is furnished with chairs and 'Lamu' beds making your stay truely comfortable The space Kuzi House (F92) is a footprint property alongside the 14th Fairway. The Living Area is open plan. The swimming pool, 10 x 5 metres is within the house courtyard. The staff keep the house spotlessly clean. The design is Swahili-Arab with 4 ensuite Air Conditioned bedrooms, 2 additional WCs and 150 square metres of living area. Vipingo Ridge offers a golf course, restaurants and bars, tennis and swimming and a Beach Club some 15 minutes away with a bar, restaurant, beach loungers and towels. There is excellent snorkeling from the beach. Guest access Vipingo Ridge is a secure estate so entry is restricted to Residents and their guests. There is a private security force to assure personal security and the security of the property. Guests will be expected to provide the full names of all members of the party and the vehicle registrations of all vehicles The golf and other facilities are open to all guests. PLEASE NOTE: Kuzi House has a swimming Pool within the Courtyard area and is not recommended for children under 12 years old or for non-swimmers. No Dogs or other domestic pets are permitted on plots adjacent to the golf course. The whole estate has been declared a Conservation Area so wild animals are free to roam throughout. There are no predator species! Other things to note Our guests have access to all sports and recreational facilities including golf. Clubs and golf carts maybe hired at the pro shop. The snorkelling from the beach club is spectacular and available at a small fee payable to the Kiruitu conservancy. Other activities include horse riding, cycling, tennis and boules.
