The kitchen is open to the dining room (which overlooks the living room and the sea). From the dining room you go to bedroom hallway 2 and 3. Going down two steps, it has a large living room, beautiful artwork and ocean views. On one side of the room is the family den with full bathroom and exit to the outside. Next, the terrace with dining room and game room that go to the pool and jacuzzi, then you reach the terrace with garden and the viewpoint Guest access Entrance to the community with a garage. The house has 2 indoor parking lots and two linear parking lots. Across the street is the social area with restaurant, spa (Turkish bath and sauna), social pool and gym of the complex. Other things to note IMPORTANT COMMENTS: 1. Stays for “longer than a month and/or at a discount”: - IT DOES NOT include electricity, there will be an extra charge of $30-$50 daily for total nights booked, which must be paid, in full, upon arrival at the house . -Includes supplies ONLY for the first few days until they sell out. ( soap , shampoo, toilet paper, towel paper, toiletries, salt, pepper. - Sī requires toilet, linen change and towels must be hired separately. 2. The descent to the sea (common area) is located on the left side of the house. In the community of RIO MAR RESIDENCES, the harmony between the beginning is rounded. It has a beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers; spa with Turkish bath, sauna, sauna, jacuzzi and massage room, on another side, there is the gym and there is also a children's playground and restaurant.
