The kitchen is open to the dining room (which overlooks the living room and the ocean). On the other side of the dining room is the hallway of bedrooms 2 and 3 and the central air control. Going down two steps, it has a large living room, beautiful artwork and ocean views. On one side of the living room you go to the family den that has a full bathroom and exit to the outside. Next, the terrace with dining room and living room set and then the pool and Jacuzzi, open terrace with garden and viewpoint Guest access Entrance to the community with a guardhouse. The house has 2 indoor parking spaces and two linear parking spaces. Across the street is the complex's social area with a restaurant, spa (Turkish bath and sauna), social pool and gym. Other things to note IMPORTANT REMARKS: 1. Stays of "more than one month and/or with some discount": - Does NOT include electricity consumption, there will be an extra charge of $30-$50 per day for the total number of nights booked, which must be paid in full upon arrival at the house. - Includes supplies ONLY for the first days until exhausted. (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, salt, pepper. - If you require cleaning, change of linen and towels, it must be contracted separately. 2. The descent to the sea (common area) is located on the left side of the house. In the community of RÍO MAR RESIDENCES, there is harmony among the community. It has a beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers; spa with Turkish bath, sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room, on the other side, there is the gym and there is also a playground and restaurant.
