We can also arrange for a car and a driver to provide all your transportation needs during your stay at additional cost. Guest access You will have the apartment to your self. You will not share with host or other guests. You have access to a balcony overlooking the city. Other things to note Please note the following: 1. Location The apartment is located in the heart of Cape Coast. The location is characteristic of Cape Coast center- a little " rustic" on the outside, but charming on the inside. Like a good book, we invite you to turn the cover and enter into a spacious, modern, comfortable apartment. It's a friendly neighborhood with friendly local tenants and lots of local activities There is free street parking around the building. There is also secure parking for a small fee at the metro bus station a block away. 2. Check-In and Main Entrance gate. Check-in is from 11am to 8pm. Please send us a message of your estimated time of arrival before your arrival so that the caretaker can be available to give you the key. The main security gate is locked at 10pm. Once you are checked in, we will give you a key to the main gate to enter after 10pm. 3. Stairs You will need to take stairs to the apartment. There is no elevator. This is not uncommon in Ghana. Some guests consider this to be a good exercise but might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. 4. WIFI We have gone beyond the standard in Cape Coast to provide you with internet speed that will enable you keep connected with family and friends. 5. Electricity Use. Electricity in Ghana is pay- as-you-go. The electricity in the apartment will be monitored throughout your stay and topped up when it runs low. We do not charge separately for electricity use. Please be mindful of your energy usage and help us conserve energy by turning off lights hot water heater, ACs and appliances when not in use. Thank you for being eco-friendly! Please note that in Ghana, electricity is not always stable and electricity may on occasions be temporarily interrupted from the local service providers. This is a national issue that is out of our control. we apologize for this inconvenience. 6. Kitchen You will have the kitchen to yourself and will not share with other guests. You will need to step out of the living room to go to the kitchen. Some guests like this design which keeps food smells out of the. living areas. Other guests would have liked the kitchen to be more integrated. 7. Cleaning For long term stays of more than 10 days, you can request a clean if needed and then once biweekly thereafter. Please arrange with the caretaker a good time to have the cleaner come in if you are staying for more than 10 days. 8. Washing your clothes There is a washing machine in the apartment that you can use at no additional cost. We can also arrange to hand wash your clothes at a small cost paid on site directly to cleaner. You provide your own soap. 9. Security cameras We have security cameras monitoring the entryways and open corridors. Cameras are clearly visible and there are no hidden cameras and no cameras inside the apartments.
